Villa for long term rental Catalkoy

We have a furnished 3 bed (2 dble bed, 1 with en-suite and 1 single bed) detached Bungalow with pool, with views of the sea and mountains in Catalkoy to rent. We are looking for long-term renters who will act as caretakers and look after the property like it was their own. We would prefer a British couple who are maybe retired and preferably non smokers. They should be handy and willing to maintain the Bungalow to a good quality standard ie railings painted etc. this service will be reflected in the rental price. The garden is laid to pebbles so no upkeep required. Other than the pool the property will be handed over in good condition. The pool has not been used for a number of years and will need to be thoroughly cleaned and filled this cost would be met by you, however if a new pump is required we are willing to meet this cost. We will be visiting the property at the beginning of May to complete a programme of maintenance and would like to arrange to meet anyone who is interested.
