| Go to Alsancak, it,s worth a trip Fast Food Cafe. Then again so many good Kebab places.
But Fast Food Cafe does have a big reputation. |

I have eaten At Gulen, Ozgulen, Halil Ibrahim and Sunam as well..
Gulen ..Army restricted their staff and students not to eat there any more.have you heard of it. |

| Patina near Oscars does a fab chicken durum for 6TL. Well prepared with everything fresh served in a nice box (takeaway) with chillies and ayran. They really do take some beating! |

| The message said Girne, without a doubt it's GULEN. Fast food is superb, but it's in Alsancak, and is better for sit down food with a beer. The good thing about Gulen is that you always know when it's open - always, I often used to drive from home in Alsancak to eat at Gulen. Take it from a local (although in UK at present). |

| Don't know about kebab, but the best Durum is just off the high st..through the mall..small shop on the right hand side..it has been there for years..the Durums are by far the best i have tasted on the island. |
