yes go to lemars and buy a dongle for 110 ytl and it works by buying top ups of 4,6 10, gb per month 6gb will cost about 70 ytl

I know with Nethouse you can turn it off when you are not here plus the guy(Baris) in Catalkoy offers this service. When we were with Extend i do recall them offering the service but i am not sure if at first you have to pay for 12 months and then they offer the switch off service.

They do have a package whereby your internet can be disconnected when you want and reconnected at a later date.
