| Dear All,
World renown Qigong Master Lam Kam Chuen is coming to Cyprus to teach the 4000 years old Chinese body-mind strengthening exercise this Saturday!
Qigong strengthens immunity, muscles, internal organs and the nervous system by boosting your energy levels and opening the energy blockages.
It speeds up the recovery process, corrects the posture and breathing.
Qigong improves the ability to relax, resistance to stress and the self awareness and also practised as a foundation for self defence.
The workshop will be on Saturday, 11th October between 10:00-17:00, at the Near East University in Lefkoşa. It is suitable for all ages and health levels. Places are limited, please book in advance by contacting me from 0533 841 8000 or tariktekman@gmail.com

| Aussie is right. The price is going to be between 80-100 GBP depending on the number of attendees. At the moment we have 15 people attending. If we do not have a dramatic increase, this means the price will be 100 GBP per person.
Qigong is pronunced as "chee gong" |
