| Even in the mythical world of 'estate agent speak' this is a very misleading advertisement. According to Alsancak Belediye, who charge the property tax and presumably know, these apartments are 100 sq. mts (+ balconies of course) not 165 sq. mts. There is no such thing as designated parking on this site and, in the summer when there are a lot of people in residence there, you would be lucky to get 1 parking space, never mind 2. I notice that you also do not mention management fees. If the tenant is expected to pay them, that puts your stated rent up by 16%.
For honesty of advertising 2 out of 10! |
