About to purchase property in Bahceli, how can i protect any monies paid from unscrupulous Builders/Developers or Estate agents?

follow the does and donts. Use a recommended builder from people who have completed the whole process. Visit the builders completed sites and speak to his customers. For extra security consider buying a resale or completed property. Its a buyers market you have so much to choose from - don't rush.

hi there bojoy welcome to the forum

to tell the truth you are not 100% protected but you can make some measures by getting a good lawyer make sure your estate agent is reputable and you have a contract that protects you.

With all these in mind you could still loose your money because the builder could declare themselves bankrupt which has happened here and to go through the process in getting your money back is a long winded affair!!!

with all this mind i would personally say buy a resale or completed property at least you dont have to go thru the minefield of dealing with developers

I will second what Ukturk says - Donaghy and Beyler come highly recommended by us. Savyon Village great developers too.

The development is "Marina park" buying through Unwins and the Developer is NESA Investment and Finance.
