I have been looking for a joiner to convert an opening door on a bedroom closet (opens inwards so fills the whole storage space!) to a slider.



The doors are new so do not need a replacement just a sliding door and a wooden pelmet to hide the tracking.



Why is everything so hard here? I have contacted lots of joiners who said they would come and look at the job (afraid the Brits are the worst offenders here). It would be better if they just said "sorry not interested in such a small job".



Surely there is not so much work about that joiners can be fussy about what they do. Wish I could do it myself!
