Cheap calls from the UK to TRNC

Hi all,



I know this subject has been covered before but I am unable to find the information. Can anybody tell me any of the numbers to call to get cheap telephone calls from UK to TRNC mobile numbers? I am aware that skype is about the cheapeast and we do keep in touch with family that way but not all the older generation are computer literate. I remeber a couple of months ago somebody gave a number where the cost was only 2p per minute but I don't know if that was to mobile phones or not.

I think the 2p per minute is to land lines. Discount Dial to a North Cyprus mobile is 7p per minute and their number is 0871 772 71 71

I find joining a company like 18185 the easiest way. When at home you only have to dial 18185 before the number. Another benefit is that you can put all your family on it so they can call you from their mobiles (or indeed you can use a mobile as well) the number they dial is just a local type number that in most contracts comes out of their allowance so no charge. This then leaves you to pick up the remaining charge which is about 7p min to mobile and 1 or 2p min landline for North Cyprus.

Planet IS 3p per minute from u.k landline to turkish mobile 0844 430 7777. it is on 44 but I know not how to put it post it.

Did you consider getting a Skype UK number which will allow your friends to call you on Skype by just dialling a local UK number.

The number my daughter uses to phone us from the UK is 08449090285 . Its 4p per minute from a UK landline . Dial the number listen to the instructions. And enter cyprus number after the beep including the full country code.
