Wanted - Unfurnished House or Villa minimum 3 beds, MUST allow pets

I am looking for the following for myself and my pets:-



detached house or villa in its own grounds/garden



must allow pets with no limitations (I have rescued cats and dogs from egypt and they're coming with me)

minimum 3 bedrooms

preferably with separate guest quarters or a guest apartment

pool is not essential



Ideally, property should be semi rural or on the edge of a village



suburban or estate property will not be suitable (my dogs can be noisy)



minimum 1 year rental renewable, possibly with option to buy



I will be in TRNC in the next 2 weeks to view properties and sign a lease.
