Just wanted to post about the fantastic service Pacific gave last night. They arranged taxi transfer from Larnaca for our guests, when the guests arrived they had forgotten the code for the key safe. Sue at Pacific phoned the UK to get the code and then phoned the taxi driver so our guests could enter the villa. This was late last night. We always use Pacific for taxi transfers and car hire, this is just another reason why. Brilliant Service!

We booked rental car from Pacific for 1 week at the end of March and indeed their service was fantastic. With it being a late flight arrival into Ercan and we were unsure of how to get to our destination because of the darkness, they very kindly said if we followed their car they would escort us to our hotel in Bellapaise. Very nice gesture on their part - which we took up.



Will use Pacific on our next trip and would highly recommend them.
