Hello fellow chicken lover !. We buy our chicken feed from a little place on the main road at Karakum . It is a small old building , think it says Co- op. On mountain side of road. nearby is the kiddies nursery , that is brightly painted. Hope you locate it from my poor directions !.

Many thanks burliz. I'll go in search tomorrow. i've got a couple of days before they run out! Yes, very much a chicken lover though with a new batch iminent I'm afraid to say we're gonna have to start chopping heads off shortly! (Hubby and I still debating who should go first!!). I don't suppose you know someone/place where you can take them to be prepared - halal style? Many thanks.

Burliz, If you pick up on this post again - would you be able to give me any more landmarks please, I haven't been able to see this little building marked 'co-op'. Do you know what it's called or next door to, or anything else? Thanks.
