| Has anyone here had problems with termites and how have you dealt with them? |

| Ig your doors get damp they are in there like a shot. They eat through wood like its bread and can do lots of damange. An insecticides works well but be carefull if you have pets as they may take some on the insecticide. You may be able to tape up the open areas so that the chemical can't be accessed by pets. |

| we had a termite problem in the kitchen which was treated last year but this morning i have noticed the tell tale signs of the dropped wings outside so be careful |

| Golly, I thought the dropped wings were from a species of ant. I certainly did not know that it was termites which dropped them.
Are you sure? Bit worried now because I have seen quite a lot recently on my balcony |

| Sue dont panic some ants do drop their wings as well, if you can manage to catch one with wings intact and take it into the pest control place opposite Starling they will tell you what it is. |

| We live in Lapta any problems like this we call Beledesye and they come out and spray |

| Are these little tiny black things that are on the glass doors/windows on the inside? I get rid of them but next morning a new batch are there. |

| We had termites eat our parquet floors and some door frames.
Dont leave them they just eat more and more,We had ours treated by frog pest control did a great job.drilled holes in our floors dug a channel all around the house and put in the inceticide in the holes and round the house.4 year gaurantee.
Not cheap about £900 but if you type the words termites in cyprus into web search you will see what they can do to your house.
