We are looking for a long term rental in the Alsancak area 2 or 3 bedroom villa with pool, fully furnished for retired coulpe with no pets. Please let me know if you have anything.

As in other message, not the area you've specified, but we have a two bed ground floor flat within the Kazafana complex in Ozankoy which will be vacant mid June. It has a huge north facing balcony and a huge communal swimming pool all within 5 minutes walk into Ozankoy village which is very popular. Just in case you want to consider this as an option, it's being let through Wise Properties in Alsancak although not currently advertised yet as not available until mid June.
