hi sparky its 50 pounds a month for a 1 bedroom i think its the same for a 4 bedroom .

We are coming over in january and are looking to rent for a year and then if we like patara city would consider buying as they seem a good price

Approx 250 apartments on Patara. Just paid charges, no mention of any increase.

That's why they got the land so cheep............ (well that and because its owned by a GC sheep farmer....)

I heard that the builder, Ozyalcin, paid the GC owner a settlement in excess of £4million for the land last year. The title now is 100% secure.

Message 9, yes that's correct. All the owners had an email confirming this from Ozyacin. Patara City has loads of things, starting with a gated entrance, and including a beautiful pool, tennis courts, gym with all the latest equipment, shops and much more., Go to Patara site to see everything.

You have to pay for the Gym. It's not included in the Maintenance charge.

How do the mountains block the breeze from the sea when Patara City is between the mountains and the sea??? Are you sure you know where Patara is Nick?
