The Sante Fe site called "The Cove" situated near Sardunya Beach Bar looks very run down with nature taking over and rubbish strewn about. I wonder if any of the 16 owners are aware of how bad it looks. I understand that Santa Fe are trying to improve their image. They must have forgotten about this site unless they consider it finished and handed over.

Homes from Hell such a shame, the management company pulled out a couple of years ago after problems getting their money for maintenance left to go to rack and ruin

So sit has been handed over and the owners dont want to pay the company to look after the site.What a shame but because they were cheap the english owners can afford to just forget about them till the prices rise enough to sell with good profit.

The site do'es not have a permanent electricity supply which should have been provided by Santa Fe. Because of this I don't think the site has been finished and handed over. Perhaps the owners still have an issue with Santa Fe and waiting for it to be resolved before paying for a management company.

We can point at Santa Fe or any another builder as much as we want, but it will be good to look at ourselfs as clients and ovners! It is our responsibillity also, if this beautiful site look like hell now!

And they laughed when i said i wasn't buying from Santa Fe, off plan..............
