Yes I agree with DC.....are you also going to obtain their Work Permit and pay their Insurance and pay them holiday pay? BTW 9am to 6.30pm Monday - Friday is a bit stiff isn't it on top of 9am to 2pm on a Saturday? Or maybe that's par for the course here for office workers?
