| I think all houses have gone satellite and hardly any receiving terrestrial tv. It will be a waste of money to make the conversion to digital for terrestrial tv. they might as well scrap terrestrial tv altogether. ismet |

| I have both but the terrestrial antenna is on the roof and it constanly needs adjusting so i dont us it the picture is terrible. |

| Ismet The same happened in the UK. Free to air digital tv is cheap to set up and with no ongoing costs (apart from the usual tv license) and the last time I was back in the UK there was a good selection of channels that you could never have got with analogue transmissions. The TV equivalent of DAB. Maybe DAB (or equivalent) will be next. |
