Hello!



Any 2 bed flat owners out there please? We have an x client that needs a 2 bed apartment fully furnished, long term let, up to £350 pm. This couple had rented one of our flats before but all our flats are full at the moment. The couple are good payers, never have they been late with payment and are good tennants. We have a family owned apartment building built 30 years ago of our own that we have been renting out for many years as shops and apartments. We are at the same time agents charging 1st months rental from owner and making sure an official contract between tennant and owner is drawn up at the notary office that we have been using for many years.

At least you don't take the first month's rent from the tenant and the landlord like other agents that advertise on the 44 site.
