I am looking for ideally a two bed apartment in the centre of Girne (but would consider 1 bed) for long term rental. My budget it is £275 - 325 per month, only one deposit.

I have a 2 bed in upper girne for £325 fully furnished . air-cons- ceiling fans , fly screens . free to air sat tv system . small communal pool. Unfortunately like most owners we require 2 deposits. This is necessary for unpaid electricity bills /water etc which easily wipes out a 1 month deposit. Extremely risky to let out otherwise.
