To all property owners and agents



Our friends are moving to North Cyprus this summer. They have authorized us to locate a property for them.

The options are:

1.Bungalow/house within lower Bellapais to Lapta. 3 bedroom. Must not be old fashion ugly building or ruin. Budget is 50 000 STG.

2.Apartment in Central Kyrenia. 3 bedroom. Must not be old fashion multi-entrance ugly building. Preferably ground floor. Budget is 45 000 STG.

3.Apartment in Alsancak/Lapta. 3 bedroom. Budget is 40 000 STG.

All properties must be resale, with title deed on owners name, VAT paid.



Please note that our friends are CASH buyers, the money has been transferred to local bank.

You will have money on your account the next day after we confirm the deal with them.



The ideal property should have furniture and white goods included. Swimming pool will have no advantage.

I think your friends may struggle to find a property to suit that description within the said budgets .



Anyhow we have a property for sale in Alsancak -



It is a 2 storey property in Alsancak village . The downstairs is a traditional village house and has a flat built on top .



Downsatirs - 2 bedrooms, large open plan lounge and dliving area, large fitted kitchen, large bathroom with corner bath, air-con in main living area and 1 bedroom.



Upstairs - 2 bedrooms , large open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, shower room, very large balcony ( 2.5 x 9 m approx )



There is a small courtyard type area to rear of property and a covered carport for 1 car at the side of the property.



I have title deeds in my name.
