Kibrislim as as near as dammit to Weight Watchers its a good group unfortunately too far for me they had a group in Girne at one time but closed it down wish someone would start one up again.

If you want to lose weight through movement i have a bellycise class where you can tone up and shed weight, complimenting your kibrisslim efforts.I teasch in central girne. Im also an exercise teacher of 14 years
