So who decides which laws are to be obeyed. I suppose you think the burglar may decide to ignore the laws relating to burglary and the drunk driver may decide to ignore the driving laws. How do we select who may decide to ignore which laws?
Obviously you two have a list of which laws are to be ignored. What do you say to someone who takes a more liberal view than you? |
