Hi everyone my friends who live in the UK have asked me to rent out their lovely villa in Bellapais. It is situated in the mountains amongst the Emek and Sercem Villas. It has a 10 by 5 pool and a lovely mature garden with plenty of fruit trees. It has three bedrooms and is fully furnished. It is for rent £550 per month. Inlcuded in this pice is the pool maintenance and watering of the garden.
