| My Del laptop froze whilst doing work, I clossed it down manualy and restarted it, all was fine up welcome to windows then the screen went blanc repeated start up again and the same thing happend any advise please |

| You could try starting it up in 'safe mode' and seeing if that makes any difference. If it does or not will help harrow down what the problem might be
You need to push f8, after it has done the intial start up but before it starts windows. If you get it right it should give you a menu of options, on of which will be start computer in safe mode.
Try selecting that and see if it starts up ok. If it does work ok in safe mode then the problem is some extra programm that is running at windows start up but that is not needed for windows itself to work.
If it does the same in safe mode then it may be a corruption of some essential windows file or a hardware problem. |

| hi dreamer it happen to me sometimes ago, try to connect another screen and see if it work, or try
control +f5 if work with another screen your light on the laptop need change.

| I too was having problems with my laptop and i got in touch with Sanjiv and he sorted it in no time, I also got Windows 7 installed while I was at it and it's like a new laptop again. I would reccomend him to anyone with computer problems.
