I've had money washed but it never turned to pulp.....thought notes were waterproof??? However, as for socks.....my wife always gets the blame but she says the washing machine ate them......which i found out to be true as when cleaning the filter last time, i found 2 socks, an assortment of nuts, bolts coins and of course the under wire from a brassiere....no wonder my missus walks around as if she's lop sided

Hi Scott, I once washed my husbands tracky bottoms, he was sleeping off a night shift taxiing. All his takings - a roll of notes - were put through a wash! I though it was funny the thought of laundering money but husband didn't see the funny side, as first. All the notes were fine they were even tumble dried. But as you say tissues are a different kettle of fish .... Markyboy very funny comment

Off with one of your feet That will sort you lot out...........They do fit either foot ! My granddaughter has this problem back home with her very busy mum so she has decided to make her mark in life being the girl that loves to wear very bright and odd socks. Bless her for making things easy at home Spider,x.

If your paper money turns to pulp after you wash it then it most likely counterfeit money. Just sayin...

Regularly I am told that I am wearing odd socks and I simply respond that I have an odd wife with odd washing day habits who also has plenty more of the same odd pairs at home for me ! However, I do sometimes manage to get my left shoe onto the left foot and the right shoe onto the right foot. When 5 children were at home there were no bounds to my fashion displays and street cred !
