With still being in full time employment in the UK, I don,t always get the chance to get on to 44 as much as i would like, before chrismas i was following on line to the best i could the court case of Geoff and the problems he was having with his builder, and a claim he had taken a few blanks of timber and some paint.



Does any one know the out come or is it still on go going,?? I real hope it went in Geoff favour,

Geoff was found "not guilty" and the attorney simply said "sorry" to him. He was left with his own legal costs.

Ismet many thanks for that, I am so glad he was found not guilty, that poor man was put through so much shit,

and all they said was sorry, they should of given Geoff a medal for the maner in which he conducted himself, I would of lost the plot along time ago, and most likely doing bird for it, and the builder,should hang his head in shame.

That was the civil case, as to whether He'll ever see anything of it,is another matter !!!!.

There can be lots of misinformation on the internet so you should really learn whom to listen to



In criminal cases no costs are awarded either way i.e. Geoff would not have to pay costs if he was found "guilty". It is entirely different in civil cases.
