Hi Lilli - didn't know that, but it's good to know should anyone I know be interested. Do you specialise in any particular type of cuisine?

Guido's cooking classes are highly recommended. My wife and I completed (I think) four classes and we made incredible progress so far. Type of cuisine is Italian/European but Guido starts with picking & preparing the ingredients and you will learn to make stocks, sauces, cook fillets of steak & fish, prepare fresh, bake your own pizza and bread, make pasta with sauce, cook risotto, learn to make *real* scrambled eggs, prepare a Hollandaise, and so much more (Asparagus, Caesar Salad, Tournedos Rossini, Tiramisu, Mousse au Chocolat, etc...)

Guido is a true Chef and its a delight to learn about his tricks & tips, see him in action.

And of course, last but not least, you get to taste all the food from the class!

Highly recommended!
