Best place to go to rent a holiday villa

We're thinking of bringing our family over in october to celebrate my "special" birthday. It's not possible to house them all in our small villa and so we were wondering how we could organise to rent a villa (at least three bedrooms) for a week at the end of October. Could anyone recommend good letting agents?. Alternatively is there a web site where owners looking to short term rents advertise

Don't know what areas you are looking at but Owners Direct have an exceptionally nice 4 bedroom house at Ilgaz - reference CY535 - which will sleep up to 8 people in comfort. Very quiet, fantastic views and the house is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard.
