| This was in Iskele and extensively reported in the Turkish 'Kibris' newspaper. There was a picture of the man, lifting his shirt to show extensive bruising to his right hand side torso. He was clobbered with an iron bar of some sort when he confronted the burglars. Apparently, they got away with quite a haul. I haven't read 'Cyprus Today', so I don't know how extensively they covered the story.....
Any comments, or additional details, from CY44 members? |

| I have seen it in Kibris newspaper as well. Don't know about Cyprus today but it is a serious matter. Security is important. My sincere regards to the poor victims. |

| This happened near to BOB. The victim is fine and would rather all of the fuss just went away. |
