Live-in housekeeper required

I am posting this on behalf of a friend.



Wanted: A lady, or husband and wife to live in full-time and care for a lady who recently had a fall, her two little dogs, the garden and house.



They would need to be able to walk two dogs, about 5 minutes twice a day.



The person(s) would be given all meals, use of the lower part of a big house and use of a car.



I do not know if payment would be involved, as I only knew about this recently.

Two interested parties have asked the same question:



Where is the house? It is in Nicosia, Dereboyu area. A five minute walk to all the shops, bars, restaurants. The area is very secluded and there is no traffic, etc.



This position might suit someone who would like to continue living in Cyprus, but currently is renting. I have also confirmed that "wages" will be available, but I do not know, or wish to know the amounts involved.

I know a lady who is perfectly suited for this position: she is a professional housekeeper and a fully qualified nurse with excellent references.

I would like to clarify some points:

-what language is the housekeeper expected to speak ;

-and secondly, is a work permit provided?

Thank you Clarissa. The lady prefers to speak English or German. She can also speak Greek, but not Turkish.



Regarding your second question, I will find out and telephone you tomorrow. I think you may meet her on the 29th.

It could be an amazing coincidence, my friend lives in Dereboyu, Nicosia and the member who has a friend looking for housekeeping duties, has his business in Dereboyu!
