Two beautiful stray dogs pointer-mix - one black/white (Benek) & one white/toffee (Kahve) - approx. 2 years old each. Kahve had an accident and her leg was operated; now in very good condition. Both are very well behaved dogs... We have been taking care of them outside since 2 years but now will be leaving Cyprus and there is no way we can take them with us. Can send pics if u r interested. Please please help!

Mess 2 - I cannot take them with me - there is no way since we will just be living in a small apartment and don't even know if dogs will be allowed. We were taking care of them in front of our house till now. U know how it is; Kahve had an accident, and that was the time we had her operated and started to take care of her. Whereas Benek was nearly dying of hunger when she came to our street and now she is. mess 5 - I guess all dogs are incredible including Benek & Kahve.

I really dont understand some people here.slyilmaz took these dogs in because she had a heart, she probably paid for the op on kahve's leg, would you have prefered her to ignore them 2 years back and let the dogs suffer terrible pain? now she has to leave cyprus she is trying to find someone to rehome them, would you prefer it if people just dumped them in the mountains because asking for help on here will only have people having a go at them good luck slyilmaz

Thanks spider & vonny... This is how I also feel. Yes I had them neutered, had their vaccinated, paid for operations and took care of them. Did my best not to take them in since I knew we will be leaving. Now what to do? Thanks for the good wishes. I wish myself good luck but more than that I wish the best for these two lovely dogs. I hope I can find some people who can at least just give them food. I am even willing to leave some money to pay for their food for a while. Don't know what else I can do. :(
