I await answers with great interest.

The only think I have been told by them is that there are proceedings and counter proceedings between them and their Turkish / TC partners who were involved with them in certain developements.

If you type in "evergreen injunction" into the search box at the top of the forum you should find several posts about this that may contain the info you want. If you have done so already and they dont then appologies. Just trying to be helpful.

I thought Evergreen were pretty good. They built my mates house and he loves it.

I agree Evergreen are a good company in my experience. I have purchased from then 4 years ago. There is no cause for concern here believe me. Wait and see. I can't say any more!

I have heard, though, that the injunction is still on, and has been taken out by someone called Clive of the Property Centre, whoever he is. Can anyone confirm this ? Is this another Gary Robb situation. I really hope it is not as I was about to ask Evergreen to build a house for us.

Also my mate in UK is interested in moving out here.

Oh well, this is Cyprus after all.

Evergreen built ours at least they will be around and they are trustworthy, we have had issues with maintenance but apart from that good build and value for money at the time

I might agree with above posts but for the fact that their internal squabble means I am very unlikely to get my Kocan. And as for the quality and trust, I have so far spent £7k putting things right and have a contract worth absolutely nothing.

breezyboy/Msg 9:

From your experience, if correct, it sounds that there's one more building company to add to 'Moonfruit's' 'sh1t-list'!

It sounds like Evergreen are a totally unreliable company. I will avoid them in future at all cost.

Many thanks breezyboy for your good advice!

Happy to take your money, but you try to get it back when things don,t work! AS THEY OFTEN DON'T

Oh, and bye the way, your chance of getting your deeds (kocan) is zero if the Permanent Injunction is maintained.
