Hi I am looking for a good size villa that has deeds in place, and a private sale please.

I need the following requirements before Thursday 12th May.

3 or more Bedrooms

Private pool

Mature garden if possible over 1/2 donum

Air conditioning

Central heating would be a bonus

A quiet area with unobstructed views, not overlooked, but not to far from the sea and local amenities

Furnished or part furnished if possible.



Price range around £165.000 maximum or below would be nice.
