I see that some of my fascistaki friends over at the other side are having political orgasms again over this matter. Judging by what I have read so far, anybody not applied by this date will not be able to take their case to ECHR. Now toothless as they may be, surely if they can use both their brain cells at the same time, they should be able to work out that this train is a legal one and if they miss it, it will be for ever.

Ah, but the 'caring' GC government claims it doesn't recognise IPC and has warned the people that transfer of title will not be granted, and too many GC's, who believe that they have the inalienable right to 'pooh-pooh' any EU directive, seem to have listened to their 'Komrad Leader'!
