Lovely end ground floor apartment for sale near the Merit Hotel. The property comes with lots of extras including railings, 2 sheds, lovely private garden, covered terraces, fly screenes, new white goods, air conditioning to name a few. The site has no mortgages on it and 15 out of 20 have their kocans now. We do not have ours as we have not owned the property for a few years. Everything is paid up to date and the site is looking fantastic with a lovely communal pool that has just been redone. The monthly maintenance fee is £35pcm. This apartment has now been reduced to £59,950. Really good price with all the extras that come with it. Photos and info available upon request.
