I would like to start a thread on questions to apartment owners on how there sites are managed. you may be a site that has been running for a few years or you may be a new site. 1 Do you have a committee on your site ? 2.Do you know how much your site costs to run ? 3.Has your site gone out to legal tender to manage the site ? 4. Do you have a contract with your management company ? 5. If you have a contract did owners have a say in putting this contract together.

Pipie, I have watched the ongoing banter between you and others on this forum and until now just sat and said nothing. But it seems to me that you have a very large chip on your shoulders, maybe you realise that you made a mistake about the maintenance company you continue to hound and are too embarrased to admit it. I do not live on the TB site but if i did i would answere your questions, 1. Not a properly elected one. 2. No 3. No 4. Not a legal one. 5. No. Hope this helps.

First Consult Cyprus They do things the correct way because they are managed. As owners, we work together with them. Management companies do not have magic wands and need the co operation of a properly formed, properly elected, site management committee with constructive contributions from all! And it helps as we are 100% paying and have been from day one. I am pretty sure you have had this information already, as again your topic just raises the same questions and receives the same answers.
