Looking for a villa that is very close or overlooking the sea in the girne area of North Cyprus, preferably west of Girne.

Have around £200,000 as a budget but much lower please if possible.

Heard yesterday that friends just got their PTP through (we have had ours now 2 years) - on the same site) and we have pre-74 'International deeds or as often advertised 'Turkish Title' land. So anyone out there keep your chin up PTP's are coming through.



Resale is the best way to go though and do your homework if you want to buy. We did and it worked okay for us..........
