Pearl back on stage to raise money for cancer

After 3 years the group Pearl are back on stage to raise money for Help those with Cancer (Tulips). A close friend of the group is currently having treatment for cancer. Tulips are supporting him and Pearl want to give something back.

They are organising 20 gigs at different venues from Lapta to Esentepe. They have also produced a CD with 4 songs, such as Lean on Me, to inspire cancer sufferers and their families. All of the profits from the CD will go to Tulips.

The first gig is on Saturday 21st May at The Lodge in Catalkoy. There's some fun activites, excellent music, good food and - what is probably a first in the TRNC, the gig is being streamed world wide, so your friends and family in the U.K. can watch you having a good time. The fun starts at 7, with the group on stage at 8.30.

I'm sure that we can find the funds, somehow: Maybe CY44 members will sponsor your ticket.



We'd love to see all our Loch Inn fans on the night, especially you.



Sid and Pauline will be there, Martin and Edith, John Tendell and Deidre, Hugh and Bernadette, Derek and Gail and all the others.



We'd love to see Patrick and Deidre and many others including Pauline and Dave and all the rest of the'hardened' Pearl fans - it would be just like old times in Northern Cyprus.
