Generally warm enough to sit outside during the day and enjoy the warmth of the sun... as soon as the sun goes down it gets chilly - put on a sweater, trousers etc. and it's fine. At night you need a duvet.



Most houses feel cold inside compared to outside due to poor insulation.



When you live here for a while you become aclimatised... so you feel the cold more... people coming on holiday don't usually feel it's that cold.

Hi Argyle, We spent last xmas at the Merit hotel - weather was good enough for a gentle stroll in the gardens and to watch people swimming in the sea!

As Groucho rightly say's it can get fairly chilly in the evenings - but for most people just visiting I suspect it does it does not feel so cold
