Don't know whether they'll have what you're after but there's a shop in Girne that well industrial catering equipment. It's called 'Mutfak Endustriyel'. With Pia Bella hotel on your right, drive past and at the roundabout turn left. It's about 500mtr on left hand side as you drive towards the new harbour. There's a minimarket next door.

Thank you for the information. I will certainly go there and see if they have anything. I would most like the traditional domestic one but anything would be better than nothing.

Yes, there was certainly one at Ians Auction at Lambousa. Market is open tomorrow, you could ask him yourself.
