I had an aquamaid installed 3 years ago and it worked fine until I had an electrical problem. Now it refuses to work (fuses etc have been checked) The guy who installed it has returned to the UK. Does anyone know who can service an aquamaid system?

Cell - 2 years + 3 year prorata Conditions Apply

Take a look at this link, you can book an online service call.

Bev. it seems alot of companies close or stop tradeing and leave you up the swannie without a paddle.

Was you offerd the same warranty with it when you bought it as i have posted above?

The problem with electronic gadgets for swimming pools is they are always upgrading them thus new ones come to the market and the old ones become obsolete, its not the 1st time this has happend in cyprus with costly electronic gadgets for swimming pools or you get told to change to a newer gadget that will consume less electric, they are having a joke arnt they !

Talking of gadgets that consume less electric(sic), did you know that the Aligator system, http://www.aligator.co.uk , uses half the power of a chlorinator, like an Aquamaid? Certainly, paying your KibTek bill when running a chlorinator is no joke!

To answer bevhills question, I don't know who imported the Aquamaid system, but it might be worth asking Noyan in the pool shop opposite the Ozankoy Lemar.
