| Further to our successful sealed bid auction in February 2011 of the late Angela Nicholson's Pre-74 British Title property in Çiçekmahalesi we are pleased to annouce that we will be holding another sealed bid auction this coming weekend 28/29th May 2011.
Auction details:
Reserve - £185,000
A Pre 74 British Title 3 bedroom Villa with pool plus a 1 Bedroom Annex set within a 1 donum plot in Çiçekmahalesi.
Property Viewing:
Friday 27th & Saturday 28th of May 10am4pm, Alternatively by appointment - 0533 864 4327 / 0392 816 0814
Property information/Survey Report/Submission Pack:
Available from our Kyrenia Town office (opposite The Dome Hotel)
Submission Deadline: Saturday 28th of May
We will also be holding a contents auction at the property over the weekend and we will post a separate ad with all the details.

| Whatever they do charge I think I'll be sitting on my own Pre-74 British title for a bit longer. They seem to be selling at a big premium. |

| Actually the deeds were transferred quite some time ago, personal reasons in UK means the property has now been put back for sale. |
