| the turkish lira seems to be easing *down for the last six months, is this to do with turkish trade deficits or maybe inflation or what? it continues to amaze me is how the euro is holding up fairly well ...if you take recent press reports at face value, there is serious trouble at 't parthenon for which all outcomes will be horrendous and we could even see a new batch of colonels at the helm when the dust finally settles just like one of those sigourney weaver pix ...when you thought it was safe to go back in the shower since the price of anything can only be expressed in terms of, er something else, is the ytl mostly reacting to the euro's brittle strength, as it used to be quoted in relation to the german mark? * in value |
