Good to know there's a good developer out there. Where was the property? Does he have any more (and how much is he asking)? we're looking to buy. Any advice gratefully received ..

boysie Best advice is DON'T, rent first at the least, save your money and save the stress. Have a look at the home buyers pressure group website for advice http://www.hbpg-trnc.net and just trawl the posts on this site for the tales of misery and pitfalls. You could just post a new topic asking 'Should I buy in North Cyprus' and see the many views although they fall into 2 camps, the 'no money no kochan' v 'it's all wonderful'. Good luck!

Thanks, Hector Good plan. I was just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this Andrew Golden; if he's really a good developer I wouldn't mind seeing what properties he has.

hi all. we brought a property at aphrodite in guzulyurt from evergreen developments and are very pleased with the build and site, they are really trying hard to keep the site up to standard and its a great part of the island to be in there are a few minor details to sort out, but we are pleased with the what we have got .and we will spend many happy holidays there .mainly because we look on the bright side of life and we will enjoy what we brought what ever in the future brings in the north of cyprus. regards gazza. ps; well done evergreen..
