The date for the above is the 6th June 2011 at 10.30 a.m. the 67th anniversary of the Normandy Landings and the 1st anniversary of the Karsiyaka Square Auction of the villas owned by the Kulaksiz 5. It is also the date that the Stop the Blackmail facebook Group had planned to hold a 2 minutes silence outside the coffee shop at noon. Back to the drawing board. Any ideas. Pauline has posted an account of yesterday's hearings on NCFP Thank you so much to all who attended in support of K5 yesterday, some new and much welcomed faces. Thanks, you make it possible to carry on. God bless you all. Oh, the secret service policemen numbered 4 according to Agile, who through lack of room in the court waited outside with the supporters. Pauline missed them - oh dear................

No kaiserphil, I have the ultimate weapon, the picture on my bus pass, it frightens the crows, so can you imagine the effect it would have on 4 secret service policemen? Pauline x Wonder Gran strikes again.

thanks berilela, you and I share a lot. Don't forget your armband. kaiserphil, my passport photo is pretty revolting too, but my buspass photo is a health hazard to the eyes. I think I'll try it out on arrogance on legs - might turn him to stone, the rest of him that is, his heart is already.

Oh my God. I cannot believe what I have read in Cyprus today - page 7. Kulaksiz buyers 'did nothing for two years' Now I always that thought to obtain bull excrement you needed to buy a bull, silly me. We found out about the mortgage(s) in February and March 2008. We liaised with the builder as soon as we found out and he kept trying to reassure us it would be okay, we had a meeting with Akfinans in July 2008, many of the owners consulted and instructed an Advocate to act for them in July 2008 and I instructed my Advocate to start porceedings for Breach of Contract in July 2008. The courts were in summer recess from July to September, how is that 2 years and why are CT using it as headlines. Richard Barclay was not singled out by Akan Kursat, he was our choice of witness which is why we all gave him Power of Attorney. There was no incident in the Court room, the adjournment was normal. There were NO supporters in the court room.

misunderstood you probably already are doing so but you need to write a letter to cyprus today outlining the factual errors in their story. They should at least publish the letter. It will be interesting to see if they do or not.

But is it incorrect Erolz? I think that I heard R. say something along those lines after he had received his two and a half hour grilling in the witness box. Poor thing he was almost numb when he was allowed to stand down. I might have misheard him though. Tango1

Tango 1 - I was in the courtroom - and I can assure the reason for the adjournment was NOT an incident. To imply otherwise is a downright lie. If there had been, I would have reported in my artilel on NCFP on Thursday night. I do believe that Akfinans allege an incident in the corridor AFTER the adjournment, but then since I never saw a supporter go anyway near them, I take that with the proverbial pinch of salt. What I said above is totally correct and I quote CT here 'There was an upset in the courtroom as the case was adjourned on Thursday when a "suppporter" of the Kulaksiz 5 buyers made an aggressive gesture at Mr Kursat. Police were called. So I repeat with absolute certainty, there were no supporters in the courtroom. Tango 1 - YOU can take that to the Bank, but not Akfinans. I can say this with absolute certainty. So please let us not go speculating on something that is only hearsay, when you have a witness who tells you it DID NOT HAPPEN in the courtroom.

What truly amazes me is the righteous indignation shown by Akfinans Bank and Kursat at an alleged agressive gesture towards Kursat, as if somehow they are the innocent victims. Innocent my backside, they broke into two villas owned by pensioners, had a car driven at speed at an innocent victim, gave mortgages on properties not owned by the applicants and we are all supposed to say, oh dear how terrible for the Bank. They were blackmailing K5 residents over the supply of electricity, causing axiety over the supply of water. Acting in an intimidatory manner towards the residents of K5, tried to have me arrested for taking photos, I was not taking. Then tried to have me charged for allegedly blowing kisses. My goodness, hypocrisy of the highest order. Akfinans says jump, the police say, how high. However, I am not an aggressive person, I will leave it to the true Judge - God. They cannot hide from Him.

British MP's are trying (in a limited way) to help. See latest article on NCFP with letter from The Rt Hon. David Lidington MP to Rt Hon Robin Walker MP think you will find it interesting that we are not being totally ignored.

I do hope justice prevails and will be thinking of you with full support on Monday. If ever this does not go your way then to me this will be the final nail in the coffin for the TRNC building industry, as any news not in your favour will be shouted from the rooftops as we all now know newspapers are waiting in the wings to promote this. I sincerley admire you gutsy determination and hope more will follow in your footsteps, TRNC is a lovely place but on the outcome of your case (probably adjourned again ) could be a place in the future where folk will visit or rent but def not buy.

Msg 21: "the last anyone of us wants to do is harm the TRNC." That's understandable as the TRNC courts are now your only hope. But joking apart, they don't need any help harming the TRNC.

Wrong again Zoots you know as well as I do that K5 have an acccepted case with the ECHR allbeit having to name Turkey in our Petition. What will you do when they eventually strip you of your pre '74 title property? Couldn't happen ? - time will tell. I have to reluctantly agree with on them harming themselves, they seem hell bent on it, the Government that is, not oridnary decent hadrworking TC's.
