Does anyone know why the Farmhouse restaurant at Riverside and the Bar opposite the Ship hotel have closed.?

the restuarant across from the Ship (Bizhim Han?) was great but when the staff left (or were kicked out) it seemed to fall apart. They reopend but it was awful and have not recovered
