THE KEMAL SARACOGLU FOUNDATION Special Fund Raising Evening is 1 week away next Friday 10th June



The Mountian View Hotel, Karaoglanoglu. At 7.30pm.



A Night of Music with songs from JOHNNY LEE



Plus disco & dance music with DJ MIKE



An Easy Quiz with Marion



A Full Buffet ( no need to snack before you come, there will be plenty of food for seconds )



Invitations ONLY 20 TL



(plus a great raffle - lots of excellent prizes )



And Finely Dance the Evening away

Well its certainly a great venue, was there last night at a 112 bash and we were very well looked after. It is great that you can support a good cause and enjoy yourself at the same time.

When we did Cine Miles Mayday for Ismail, the family (who run both ventures) where a pleasure to work with, We had a fantastic day.



Please support Maureen in her wonderful cause, and lets have another great event.



I think anyone who has attended these functions will tell you, the buffet and hospitality really is very very good.

Come on everyone, get your tickets booked - you can look forward to a great night out with super food for only 20lira. This charity is not as high profile as some of the others but to my way of thinking you could not ask for a more worthy cause than helping kids with cancer! Maureen has done a stirling job so far, almost single handed, in raising funds for this good cause, she needs a bit of help so we hope to see lots of you there on the night! In the words of the song " Right this way, your table's waiting!"

Maureen, Just a couple of thoughts - why don't you have a wander down to the Carpenters market on Friday, there are are a few different faces to be found there who may like invitations (and of course if they've found Carpenters, they'll find the Mountain View!).

And there's the Pembe Gül market on Sunday too in Ozanköy where you might pick up a few more (or give a few tickets to Nick from Cyprus Star to dish out on his travels with the papers!)

Friday 10th June is getting close. Your last chance to buy your 20TL Invitation from me Maureen, will be on



Saturday at Lambousa Market or Sunday at Soyz Bar Market. After that you can get an invitaion from



Cine Miles Bar in Girne or Mountain View Hotel where you can leave your name and pay so when you come



on Friday 10th June all you have to do is just give your name.

Just to say "well done" in advance Maureen!



I've heard this was originally intended to be a 'low key' quiz night but with your effort and forward thinking it has now expanded into what is sure to be a fantastic night with something to suit everyone.



I for one am definitely looking forward to a fantastic evening. It's good value anyway if only for the food (which is always excellent at the Mountain View) and music and dancing, but add to that Johnny Lee, the quiz and raffle, you'd go a long way to find somewhere to go for a night out at such a good price.



And to know we're all helping with the charity makes it all worthwhile.



Just remind us all what the charity is all about, we don't want to forget what it's really all for in the first place!

The Kemal Saracoglu Foundation was founded in 2001 with 72 founding members, "Kemal Sarocoglu Foundation for Children with Leukemia and Fight Against Cancer" was established.

Kemal was unlucky, because of the lack of knowledge at that time. When the fully matched blood sample was finally found it arrived with 35 days of delay.

Too late for Kemal.

Kemals father and 71 other people formed the Foundation.

At this time they have 38 Children under their care, but is not just the children, they help the familes of these children, who need help, as the children have to go to Turkey for the treatment.



The Foundations ultimate aim is to build a hospice for all children to make them comfortable in their final days.



Please come and support in this fund raiser. The more of you that come the more we can raise together.



Soyz Bar Market tomorrow will be the last market l will do my Charity stall before the 10th June.
