Son coming over beginning of July wants to hire a car but only 22,is there anyone that does this or is everywhere over 25 ?

We hire a car from Baspinar Car Hire last year and they allowed my 22 year old daughter to be one of the named drivers.

The criteria of age used to be 21+ for most hire care firms but that may have well changed. The best thing to do is get hold of the latest 'Buzz Book' and phone all the car hire companies for relevent information & cost.
