Last week at the customs office I met a Turkish Cypriot who was helping a very nice Scottish couple import vehicles into the TRNC. We took his no down but must have a wrong digit. His name was Halil and we need him to help us with something as we need to return urgently to Uk for medical reasons. Does anyone know him and have his telephone no. Would be much appreciated
