I have now been told that Firat is trying to start another business venture, this time its a bar in Ozankoy.



As these people never pay their bills and have caused misery to homebuyers via their now defunct constrcution company can I please urge you all to boycott this place in support of others, i beleive its the building oppositte the book shop.

Firat was a few months ago close to finishing building a large warehouse to store his PVC which had already arrived, so beware there may be dodgy windows and doors being distributed now. His warehouse was somewhere near Karaoglanoglu I think.

Please make sure you have your facts right about the bar in Ozankoy. I happen to know the guy who will be running it and is partners with the owner. You are damaging his business before he has even opened it! The business will be owned by a guy called Ahmet and run by a cypriot guy.

I am sorry for the ones who have been hard done by, my heart goes out to you. But, I have a question... If you have lost your homes how are you still living here? And if there are 'hundreds' of you why are there only 3 people on the forum talking about this guy? I like the idea of victim94 that you should arrange a meeting with Firat and get it sorted out instead of trashing his name on Cyprus44. You obviously haven't met with him or you wouldn't have suggested it.

This forum just acts as a platform for gossips in N Cyprus, it does damage on the people when wrongly accused. Anyone reading this forum most of the time would think the place was full of crooks and a terrible place to be. If people dont like it there is the possibility to leave.

Wrong Bar mentioned for starters!

I have a property that I am waiting my Deeds from Boyut, yes there is a mortgage on my land too, but slagging off anything he is doing is not going to gain you 'Victims' any friends.

A correct comment stated the facts- how many people have been victims because they have lost their homes with Boyut- I ask that aswell and do NOT KNOW of anyone.

I am a bit p"£"£! off that I am waiting to secure my house as he has a mortgage on my land but being darn right nasty and churlish is not going to make things happen. I am aware that they are in negotiations with the bank so its been a long time but get over it !!



I think that maybe whatever the result of K5 next weeks court appearance I hope will shape a lot as I agree that a lot of bad practises have been allowed to get away but I prefer to be optomistic and hope that the 'worm is turning'

This, sadly happens all too often.Some people have nothing better to do than run down innocent businesses. Its so easy,isnt it.with your rumours,gossip,guesses & lies,These people trying to run a business must have to have a pc,next to their till to check no one here are trying to bring them down,And how many times have you heard two sides of the story.Also,Have you noticed that some members always tag behind the same people with nasty comments?I dont think things will change here though,you'll always have people who will do this,i suppose they get some kind of kick out of it,who knows.

Noone will know until the deal with the bank doesnt work or the K5 judgement is in favour of the bank.



I agree slagging off doesnt always work and todate I havent done that but their comes a times out of sheer frustration when you realise you may be loosing your home as you havent got enough money to be blackmailed!r



Tell me please how do you get over it when its your home and as far as I am concerned would fight for it .You may be in for a very big shock there again you may be lucky and get the situation sorted but please have compassion for people who cannot and are at their wits ends.



I really hope you are supporters of the K5 as the court result is going to have a big impact on many many peoples predicaments including yours

I am in the same position as I mentioned, I bought my house in 2005, got PTP in 2009 and cannot proceed due to bad financial dealings , ie mortgage not been repaid.



What I said to get over was the fact that I am aware that negotiations have been ongoing with the Bank, lawyers etc for almost 3 years , but this is Cyprus and you have to accept that things do not move quickly here in any way on the Legal Front. I agree that frustration creeps in, but attacking Firhat and getting facts wrong again is not the way to do it.

We all came to Cyprus for their way of life and things take a long time here to sort out.



I am a supporter of K5 thats why I mentioned that- another case of it beig a year since first injunction and nothing progressing. I am hoping that when the next Court Instalment is due that a ruling is made against the greed of the banks that then Boyuts ongoing dealings with the Bank will be resolved as the Banks would have had to make a compromise.

The problem with the idea of things 'taking time' in Cyprus is that during that time, no payments are still being made and the debt is racking up. Three years is too long to give anyone where a mortgage is involved, look what happened to K5 11th Nov 2005 debt = 100,000 6th June 2010 debt = 2,077,000, Silence is not golden it is a mistake. HISS is fatal. 'This is Cyprus' is an excuse, not a reason.

Forget whether Firat does or does not own a bar. If he does, then clearly someone will eventualy find out the truth.



What we do know is that as Boyut he has turned the lives of good decent people into a living hell, he is a big time mutliptle fraudsters using properties he longer owns to raise morgages on or because of his dishonety causiing court memorandums to be placed on them., he allegedly lives high on the hoof and in doing so is also is pouring slat into the wounds of his victims.



Some friends of mine returned to Britain having believed their home on one of the Harmony sites would be ready had moved here lock stock and barrel three years ago, they had paid almost all the money, had to return to Britain and meet the cost of shipping all the wordly goods back to Britain with their dog and two cats and are now living in rented accomodation with all their life's saving GONE. The house on Harmony is still not finished nor ever likely to be. This man is a walking menace.
